SpotBus is state of the art SaaS solutions that help Schools and School Bus Contactor to optimize and save up to 40% School Bus Transportation Management. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Representative to work in an early stage rapidly growing, fast-paced software company!
You will be working from home with flexible hours.
You should have your own high bandwidth Internet connection and laptop.
To provide online technical support to users on our platform.
To provide technical testing of our software.
Write up support processes (SOPs).
Support is provided via telephone, email and online using our helpdesk tools (Intercom and Zendesk).
The role is home based and paid by the hour. Flexibility is key as sometimes it’s necessary to work later/earlier than a normal working day.
Your peers are based in different time zones – mainly Within North America at the end of your day to theirs should be seamless.
Weekend Working – There will be weekend and holiday working on a rotation basis.
For US citizens
Location and Time zone – You should be based in the U.S. covering EST and PST
The rate is hourly between $15-$25ph depending on experience.
The relationship will be as a 3rd party contractor (1099).
For non-US Citizen
You will be reporting to the Global Head of Business Development and Customer retention Based in India
